This has been the longggggggggest week. Actually I’ve only worked 4 days but because it’s the first week back after a longgggggggg break, it has felt like it was never going to end! Not that this weekend is going to be a quiet one, I have 60 cupcakes to make for a leaving party tomorrow, but at least I will be at home!
So here’s what I’m free to do from 5pm
Make an airplane out of fondant – eek! I don’t really do novelty cupcakes, but because it’s for a friend of my family, I ‘m doing novelty. Last time though! I’ve it half done and it looks like a plane, but it won’t win any scale modelling awards (is there such a thing?!) Will post a picture of the progress later.

Watch the King’s Speech – looking forward to seeing this movie. I wouldn’t have described the Queen Mother as the gothic/emo type, but maybe Helena Bonham Carter can play different types of characters! Can’t beat a bit of Colin Firth though.
