Freedom Fridays – Saturday Brunch

Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day. Who doesn’t love a meal time in which pecan waffles are a legitimate food stuff?!

One of my favourite Saturday breakfast/brunch offerings is Cinnamon Sugar Pull-Apart Bread from the wonderful Joy the Baker. Here is a photo of my first attempt (which I forgot I had in the oven and overcooked it a bit. Still tasted good though!)

I topped it off with a cream cheese drizzle which was cream cheese, icing sugar, Vanilla extract (I love Madacasgar Bourbon from Lakeland) all mixed up until it tasted good and drizzled over the bread!

I’m having some friends round tomorrow for Brunch and I’m planning what to serve. I’m going to do cinnamon rolls with an Irish twist, homemade granola and greek yogurt, croissants and fresh fruit.

I’m definitely looking forward to the weekend.
